Guiding You Through Transitions

Specializes in supporting professional and corporate employees dealing with loneliness, depression, anxiety, and trauma through individual therapy and comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. With over 10 years of experience, she employs an integrative approach that includes EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, and Narrative Therapy. Sharday's practice is grounded in her Christian faith, helps clients understand how past experiences impact their present challenges, empowering them to find practical solutions and achieve lasting emotional well-being in a supportive and compassionate setting. I work with clients who are usually first generation (first in the family-first generation) struggling with anxiety and depression related to work stress, loneliness, primary breadwinners, communication issues, peer conflict, familial issues and issues with esteem and negative thinking. We process to find solutions and explore to find peace. Allowing time for the journey yields improvement.

“The things you have said have given me insight and what I needed to push forward. I am more relaxed. I referred a friend to you. You have helped us, we feel better about ourselves, I'm empowered. I can see me again.”

“I never thought therapy could change me. I thought it could help how I felt in the moment but it has changed how I think fundamentally.”

Kait W.

“After talking to you, I am able to take accountability more. My childhood trauma is no longer the topic of my conversation anymore. I have the tools to protect that little girl.”
